Indian Natural Rubber Brand
Natural Rubber is the preferred raw material because of its unique qualities when compared to other elastomers including synthetic rubber. India stands fourth place in the production of natural rubber and performance of Indian Natural Rubber in the international market, has acclaimed a commendable position and has been recognised for its high quality by many importing countries. The Rubber Board provides a transparent platform to promote export by ensuring the quality of rubber and ensures efficient market deliverables so that overseas buyers can be assured of the quality in trading of rubber with India. As branding is essential to create an identity for rubber and to distinguish Indian natural rubber in the world market, the Rubber Board took the initiative of branding rubber and christened “INDIAN NATURAL RUBBER” with a logo as an umbrella brand for rubber produced and marketed as per specifications defined. Samples are drawn and tested from each shipment and a brand certificate is issued to the exporter and a copy is forwarded to the buyer. This brings confidence among the buyers about the quality of natural rubber sourced from India.
